This card reader is equipped with one CFexpress 4.0 Type B slot and connects to your host Windows or Mac system using an integrated USB-C port, which supports the 40 Gb/s USB4 standard and delivers read/write speeds of up to 5000 MB/s. Also featured is SteadyIO technology and an advanced thermal design for consistent high-speed transfers, a rugged housing for increased durability in travel and production environments, and resistance to shock, vibration, dust, and X-rays.

If your system does not support USB4, this card reader may be used with Thunderbolt, plus USB 3.2 Gen 2 and earlier. It is also backward compatible with CFexpress 2.0 and receives bus power via an included USB-C cable.
