Key features

  • Developed with Pulse Techniques, current manufacturer of hardware Pultec EQs
  • Apogee plugin modeled from brand new Pultec unit
  • Officially Licensed and Endorsed by Pulse Techniques
  • The Apogee Pultec MEQ-5 Midrange Equalizer plugin precisely recreates the original hardware to sculpt critical midrange frequencies with precision and warmth
  • Includes FX and FX Rack versions
  • Run natively in your favorite DAW on macOS or Windows, no Apogee hardware required
  • Runs on Apogee hardware DSP in Element Series and Ensemble Thunderbolt audio interfaces and features DualPath Monitoring for near zero latency recording

In our obsessive quest to reproduce every nuance of the Pultec Midrange Equalizer, we had a worthy partner – Steve Jackson of Pulse Techniques, the current manufacturer of new Pultec hardware. After careful analysis of several vintage and new Pultec MEQ-5 units, Apogee chose to model our plugin after one of Steve’s new units – it was like unboxing a brand new unit in 1959.

Return

Most unopened items sold by Melrose Inc. in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold online begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered by a courier service or made ready for pick up.

Software is not returnable and not refundable. All sales are final. This is generally part of all webcarts selling software. It is buyer beware. The reason for this is once an end-user customer sees a License Code then that code is 'spoiled' because they can use it to gain access to the software.  Once a License Code is registered by a customer that product is available to that customer and therefore the code cannot be returned.
