As an editor and FCP7 junkie, I just learned that Apple released another big update to FCPX. And it could turn heads.
Multichannel audio editing, dual viewers, RED support, MXF support, interesting XML options and more!
It's not ground breaking, but this is enough for me to run the update and finally get my money's worth of what I paid for.
Overall, I see a lot more flexibility and feature with options that we were missing from the classic FCP Studio days.
Timeline editing has improved drastically and the editor's workflow is no longer restricted to the "iMovie" drag and drop routine.
